1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $69. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply.
3. What are the estimated delivery times?
We aim to deliver all orders within 6-9 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential shipping delays.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the shipping provider’s website.
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Cosmolab products! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
7. Are Cosmolab products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are committed to providing high-quality skincare and cosmetics that are cruelty-free. None of our products are tested on animals.
8. What if my product arrives damaged?
We’re here to help! If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States . We’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned!
